We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in L5. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide 1:1 support for children with SEN and helping them thrive in a nurturing and structured classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1-1 SEN Support
• Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
• Ensuring children are engaged
• Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
• Helping with behaviour management of children
• Be a key component in a child’s early development

Profile:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. (Desirable)
• Friendly, empathetic and motivating
• Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
• Motivating with ability to engage pupils
• Good ability to manage behaviour
