1:1 Teaching Assistant - (L5)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:15am–3:15pm

We’re looking for a caring and proactive TA to support a Year 1 pupil who continues to access EYFS provision. The pupil is non‑verbal, communicates through signals and sounds, and benefits from structured routines, Sensory Circuits and phonics support. He follows an EHCP, needs personal care, and requires space and calm support when dysregulated.

Key duties:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support
• Follow the pupil’s EHCP and individual plan
• Deliver early phonics and communication activities
• Support regulation, including Sensory Circuits
• Assist with personal care
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
