Caring Services are currently recruiting for an experienced TA to support Reception and Nursery classes within a Primary School in L6!
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous Early Years experience to work across Nursery and Reception classes, starting ASAP!
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
- Starting asap to July 2025, possibly longer.
- Must have Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare, Teaching Assistant or Education related Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the children and class Teacher
- Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
- Ensuring children are engaged
- Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
- Helping with behaviour management of children
- Be a key component in a child’s early development
Profile:
- Must have Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare, Teaching Assistant or Education related Degree.
- Previous Early Years experience
- Friendly, empathetic and motivating
- Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
- Motivating with ability to engage pupils
- Good ability to manage behaviour
