Caring Services are currently recruiting for an experienced TA to support Reception and Nursery classes within a Primary School in L6!

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous Early Years experience to work across Nursery and Reception classes, starting ASAP!

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
• Starting asap to July 2025, possibly longer.
• Must have Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare, Teaching Assistant or Education related Degree.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the children and class Teacher
• Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
• Ensuring children are engaged
• Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
• Helping with behaviour management of children
• Be a key component in a child’s early development

Profile:

• Must have Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare, Teaching Assistant or Education related Degree.
• Previous Early Years experience
• Friendly, empathetic and motivating
• Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
• Motivating with ability to engage pupils
• Good ability to manage behaviour
