We look for previous experience within Sheltered Housing and we will ask you to demonstrate a strong understanding within your area of care and support e.g. the elderly. As a Scheme Manager you will need to demonstrate excellent management, communication and organisation skills. You will also need to show good IT and administration skills. You will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB disclosure.
