The vetting and suitability of staff is of the utmost importance to us and we fully appreciate that it is an essential requirement when providing staff in a position of such high responsibility.
Our nannies have NVQ qualifications (or equivalent) and have relevant experience of working with all ages of children. All of our candidates must undergo an Enhanced CRB check as well.
We double-check all references and copies of these will be forwarded to you at the time of interview. We can offer help and advice when planning the interview process and can point you in the right direction when it comes to paying tax and national insurance for your nanny.
