Description
Lively, energetic person required as Support Worker/Companion for young  man with Cerebral Palsy. You will be require as a support workers when the young man is not in college. You will be required to accompany him to all activities associated with a 16 year old, including taking him to activities and gernerally being a friend!

Must have previous experience within a similar role. The successful applicants must be able to provide references, and will be subject to a CRB check.
