Description
We are currently recruiting for a candidate to cover a sheltered scheme based in Southport. The ideal candidate will need to have previously worked in sheltered/supported housing, and be willing to undertake a CRB Disclosure. As part of the role you will be providing help and support to elderly clients, a friendly and caring service for all tenants living in the sheltered scheme, whilst maintaining a happy atmosphere within the scheme. The post holder would also be expected to be alert to the degree of health and dependancy of each tenant, to make daily contact, answer emergency calls, and carry out building and security checks.The candidate should be well organised and have good IT skills.
